Families MUST bring the application, in person, with their income documentation, child's birth certificate, and parent photo ID to be able to schedule an interview in June.

Great Start Readiness Program
GSRP Preschool is a full-day kindergarten readiness program, Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 2:40 pm. GSRP is an income-based, state-funded program for children that are 4 years old by September 1st, live in Wayne County, and meet program requirements. Children 4 by December 1st can interview for the waitlist. Classrooms are located RCSD's Early Childhood Learning Center on the St Cyprian campus. Breakfast and lunch are served daily!

Families interested in interviewing for RCSD GSRP waitlist can email Director Tiffanie Plackowski at tplackowski@riverviewschools.com. Include child's full name, birthdate, parent name/phone number. Please list overall household pre-tax 2024 income and number of people in your household. If child has an IEP or 504, this needs to be included as well. GSRP is for children turning 4 by September 1. Children turning 4 by December 1 are considered waitlist candidates.
Enrolling online IS NOT how you register for RCSD GSRP. Only students that interview and have an acceptance letter may enroll.
